Returns/Exchanges

If you find any issues with your online purchase, please contact us at info@shoponviolet.com or DM us on Instagram @shoponviolet within 14 days of receiving your item(s). If there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to make it up to you! Please see a sales associate in store for our return policy for in-store purchases.

For online orders, you may exchange your item for the same item in a different size at no additional cost or return unworn item with tags still attached within 14 days to receive original form of payment back. We reserve the right to deny any returns in unacceptable condition (or items listed as final sale), as well as accept or deny returns beyond the 14 day mark under special circumstances (in exchange for store credit).

Refunds for online orders: If your online order is accepted as a return within the specified 14 day time frame (whether returned online or in store), you will be refunded the amount paid for the product(s) returned to the original form of payment or store credit. You will not be refunded for any shipping charges. If you return your online order through the mail and are not doing an exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping label charge.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
