What is your return policy?

If you find any issues with your purchase, please contact us at info@shoponviolet.com or DM us on Instagram @shoponviolet within 14 days of receiving your item(s). If there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will try our best to make it up to you! 

For online orders, you may exchange your item for the same item in a different size at no additional cost or return unworn item with tags still attached within 14 days to receive original form of payment back. We reserve the right to deny any returns in unacceptable condition (or items listed as final sale), as well as accept or deny returns beyond the 14 day mark under special circumstances (in exchange for store credit).

Do you have a physical location?

YES! We are currently located in the Freehold Raceway Mall (3710 Rt 9, Freehold NJ 07728) on the lower level next to East Meets West and across from Victoria's Secret.

Are you a drop shipper?

Drop shipping occurs when a store does not keep products in stock but instead transfers its customer's orders and shipment details to another source, who then ships the goods directly to the customer. We do NOT drop ship because we believe in ensuring the quality of our products ourselves and shipping directly from our location to you as quickly and efficiently as possible!

 

How long can processing/shipping take?

Our estimated processing time can take anywhere from 2-4 days, depending on our currently number of orders and our stock. If an item has an issue shipping out immediately, we will contact you to notify you of any delays. For normal ground shipping, shipping may usually take anywhere between 1-7 days (after processing time) to arrive to you (if in the United States). Please note that shipping would then be in the hands of the shipping company and delays can occur, especially during COVID-19.

 

Do you offer local delivery/pick up?

Unfortunately, we are putting a pause on free local delivery while our new storefront opens. Stay tuned to see if we offer this service again within the next few weeks/months!

Store Pick Up
We are currently offering FREE store pick up at our Freehold Raceway Mall location in Freehold, NJ. Order are typically ready for pickup within 1-2 days. When your order is ready, you will be notified by email or text. Please bring your confirmation email to pickup.

 

Why is my favorite style sold out? Will you be restocking?

We're so sorry if your favorite item is sold out in your favorite size or style! Since we are a small business, many of our items are purchased in smaller packs with limited sizes/quantities. While we hope to expand very soon, we will be trying to restock any items still available from our vendors if we see that you are loving them. Please email info@shoponviolet.com to request a potential restock of one of our best selling styles, if still available.

 

Do you offer fundraisers?

Yes! We now offer online (or in person pop-up) fundraising opportunities for eligible groups/teams/organizations. Please see our fundraising page to find out more information and contact us to set one up.
